No Compromise

For me to compromise the Word of God is to add and take away from that word.
When the word says, “you shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination” (Lev 18:22) then how can I compromise and say that homosexuality is okay.
If I compromise the word of God on this subject should I then compromise on bestiality or incest?
To water down what the word of God says is to not do justice to the salvation that Jesus paid for with His life.
To agree that there are other ways to God is to destroy the words of Jesus, “No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6
If I begin to do good things for my salvation I make grace null and void.
When I judge others before judging myself, my judgment is harsh and not helpful.
I cannot change what God has said is true, righteous, and just.
I cannot change His word; If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Rev 22:18-19

  1. Truely it takes the presence of the Holy Spirit for a person to understand the scriptures. Rejection of the Word is either because of the lack of understanding (egnorance, & God does not want us to be) or simply refussal to believe in God’s Son. Funny isn’t it that all sin can be forgiven, but it is the refussal to believe in Jesus that will condem one to hell. Treating another humanbeing like dirt, murder, incest, lying, all can be forgiven. God’s love for His Son, for the Truth, wont allow forgiveness for rejection of Jesus! He is the only way to God.
