Memorable Scripture: What God does this time!

Romans 5:3-5
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

I find such hope in this scripture in knowing the progression of personal struggle to personal hope.
Trials and tribulations happen to everyone. Some are severe and some are mild.
The poor and the rich experience them.
Children, adults, men, and women experience them.
Some do not handle trials and tribulations very well.
This scripture says they happen to make us stronger – to persevere, push forward, and move on.
That changes and improves your character with sympathy, empathy, and a greater understanding of the pain of others.
That increase of character helps you have hope as you witness someone else come through a rough patch.
Hope does not disappoint.
Many people can make it though problems without God.
I find it more joyful to make it with Him.
When I come through the fire and the flood, I feel the power of the Holy Spirit.
The next time the tribulation comes I think to myself, “I can’t wait to see what God does this time!”
