Morning thoughts from Pastor Tim

Since Linda’s surgery, we have received bill after bill.
At the end of November I received one for $160 and since we had the money, I paid it in full.
Yesterday they returned the check to me saying that nothing was owed on the account.
I don’t know how that can be but never look a gift horse in the mouth.
I will keep the letter, the check, and accept their accounting.
I’m not exactly sure how God could forgive me either but I will accept His accounting too.
I found where the price of my sin is death and the soul that sins should die.
But somehow I have been redeemed from that curse of death.
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Gal 3:13-14
