What A Testimony Can Do!

Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart! Ps 119:2
Church camp was especially good this year; some have even said it was the best one ever!
It wasn’t due to the leadership of Daulton, Kristi, and myself.
It wasn’t because of the great activities dreamed up by Andy and team.
The teachers didn’t do it or Pastor Todd and his worship leader Doug.
I believe it was brought on by the Holy Spirit working through the testimonies of the young men and women attending camp.
On Wednesday night two teens got up in front of over 200 of their peers and testified to what God had done in their lives.
One was a young man from CrossRoads, JC!
The next night 5 more got up and testified, including another from CrossRoads, 13 year old Courtney.
That service had to be the best ever!
The altar was filled with young adults pouring out their hearts to God; wanting to make and difference and to put an end to mediocrity and apathy in their lives and in their church.
They want to be able to go back to school in a few weeks and declare, “I AM DIFFERENT! I AM A CHRISTIAN AND I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST!”
If those 7 can give a testimony in front of 200, then so can the others.
If those 7 can do it in front of 200, then they can do it in front of 2 or 20 at school.
If the others follow that lead then our schools will turn upside down for Jesus.
If the school turns upside down then the homes of those kids will change.
If the homes change, then the church will change.
If the home and church change, then the nation will change.
And it all starts with a testimony.
See what your testimony can do!
