It's Not A Puzzle

I set out a series of geocaches for the Boy Scouts of Troup 518, though anyone can hunt and find them.
On the last one I made a puzzle cache that associated with the Scout Law.
It’s a simple puzzle that deals with unscrambling the order of the words in the Scout Law to get the numbers needed for the coordinates in the right order too.
I don’t like puzzle caches myself and usually pass them up.
But on this series there is more than one way to figure out the final coordinates so that the puzzle can become a moot point.
That’s not to say I don’t like puzzles; crosswords, logic, even Sudoku are some that I like.
I’m glad there’s no puzzle to figure out when it comes to salvation.
If there was a Logic Puzzle to Salvation or a CROSSword to the CROSS type puzzle then only a few would do it.
However salvation is simple; Rom 10:9-10, if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
And yet so many are puzzled by this.
Then many make a puzzle out of living for the Lord.
I’ll admit that living for Christ takes more effort than a prayer of salvation.
Still the Bible gives help with that puzzle.
To find out the answers all you have to do is read!

  1. Yea, but. Emotions thrown into life makes things so puzzling. Do we go with what feels good & enjoyable or do we denie self? Do we realy have to think of the other persons wellbeing first? It is what you said, if we’d read our Bibles we’d know the answers. We’d know the power, Jesus, to get through. Knowing God’s love is the biggest, bestest cache of all. “Seek & ye shall find”.
