“You are My witnesses,” says the LORD, “And My servant whom I have chosen,
That you may know and believe Me,” Isa 43:10
What you do, where you go, how you look, and what you say all bear witness of you!
Now you can add – what you post on Facebook!
I was looking at some photos on the social network and realized what people were saying about themselves and those they hang around with.
You can see picture after picture from different days and times of people drinking.
There are pictures of gay men hugged up to each other; pictures of people traveling here and there – every weekend.
Likewise, there are pictures of people going to church, church camp, a VBS, and such.
I recall a photo of one person that was passed out drunk! Though the picture is no longer on Facebook, it may be downloaded to some computers or out in cyberspace somewhere, just waiting to come back and bite that person in the rear!
My own Facebook speaks of my love for my wife and family; the thrill of Geocaching; my love of nature; and I hope it shows you that I love God.
My blog tells you that I read my Bible and think about how it relates to every day life.
Each of us witness to something in our life everyday!
Take a look at all of the pictures and read all of the statuses; then realize since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, Heb 12:1-2
