
I got up late this morning and had to repost a previous Morning Thought.
I remember in high school that we had to do some weight training. Everyone got a turn at bench pressing; some were able to push up 200 lbs. while others only managed 90 lbs.

I have just returned from vacation in Ormond Beach Florida. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed time with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and all grandkids.
I’ve never been much on journaling. To me it’s like keeping a diary and that was always a girly thing to do, at least when I was young.
