She had poured some very fragrant oil on Jesus but the disciples began to complain and think of other uses for it, like selling it and giving the proceeds to the poor.
Jesus rebuked them.

How many times does someone do something for Christ but you think it the wrong thing?

Every Christian is called to do good works in Christ (Eph 2:10) but each work may be different according to the talents and gifts.

Don’t complain about what others may be doing in the name of Jesus. You never know who they may be blessing and to what extent.
As Jesus told Peter when he became concerned about what John was doing;

“…what is that to you? You follow Me.” John 21:22
