I’ve heard it said before, mostly around an election time. This year is no exception as I hear others say, “I’ll choose the lesser of two evils!”

That started me thinking. Isn’t the lesser of two evils still evil?
It’s like having a cup of strychnine and a cup of cyanide in front of you and choosing the lesser of two poisons.
Both are going to kill you.

Why not pray to the Father to deliver us from evil.
The Father has promised in the Proverbs, that if you seek Him and His wisdom then He will deliver you from the way of evil, from the man who speaks perverse things, from those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness; Prov 2:12-13

The lesser of two evils is never acceptable to God. Ponder the path of your feet and let all your ways be established. Do not turn to the right or the left; remove your foot from evil. Prov 4:26-27
