Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. Eph 4:31
We had kind of a different reading on that verse last night.
Whereas I have always said to put the bitterness, wrath, etc away, and with it all malice; Don last night said we should put these things away with malice, with the intent to harm them.
Think about that!
What if, instead of getting mad at others because of sin, you became mad at yourself because of your sin, and you maliciously got rid of it!
I thought it a really deep concept.
Oh, that we would love Jesus more than we love sin!
