Morning thoughts from Pastor Tim |

| This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. |

Christmas time invariably brings a rash of accusations from “non-Christians” concerning the emphasis surrounding the birth of Christ.
In the state of Washington the governor has decided to allow atheists to display a Winter Solace message alongside the many Christmas messages.
The display reads, “At this season of the Winter Solstice may reason prevail. There are no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell. There is only our natural world. Religion is but a myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves
minds.”
Though posted at Christmastime, the wording is an attack against all religions, though the atheists probably didn’t make a sign and put it up next to a menorah, or a crescent moon and star. It was next to the Nativity.
This shows the hypocrisy of the atheists.
What happened in the lives of the men and women who do not believe in the Christ of Christmas?
What has turned them against God so?
It’s as simple as they cannot see.
But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. 2 Cor 4:3-5
If they would just stand still, open their eyes, and look around with an open heart they
would see God.
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. Rom. 1:20
But then again their sign states there is nothing but “our natural world” and that is all they can see.
I praise God that my eyes are opened to see Him.
I pray that I will recognize God in everything that He does and give Him the praise and glory He deserves.
DO YOU SEE GOD WORKING AROUND YOU?
WHY NOT LEAVE A COMMENT AND TELL ABOUT IT!

Babes in Christ are excuisable, but with time they should have learned God is everwhere all the time! Muture saints, what excuise do they have? I’ve been told I put God into to much of my life. That I should do somethings on my own. My breath belongs to Him, it’s given to me to praise Him. My life is not mine it’s His to live through me. I would like to be His puppit on a streng that way I’d never ofend Him. But He wants free will worship. He deserves prasie! Not only did He create me but He forgives ever error I make . He has choosen me to love and reviel Himself to. My heart hurts for those how chose not to believe in Him. Also for their engorance of His love for them. And for the punishment that awaits the nonbeliever.
