From the matrix of My mother He has made mention of My name. Isa 49:1
Yesterday I found an article about human cloning.
“If scientists will be using and cloning embryos only at a very early stage when they are just a handful of cells (say, before they are four days old), there is no good reason for a ban (on cloning),” wrote Cass Sunstein, who was confirmed by the Senate last week as administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
I am not surprised by government idiocy. Read what this guy said in a book review: “It is silly to think that ‘potential’ is enough for moral concern. Sperm cells have ‘potential’ and (not to put too fine a point on it) most people are not especially solicitous about them.”
Sperm cells have potential?
It may have been over 30 years since I was in any kind of biology class but I always thought that a sperm cell had no potential, in and of itself.
That it took the uniting of sperm and egg to create life.
Maybe they’ve changed things and failed to inform me!
But I recall what David said, “For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Ps 139:13-14
To deny God is to cheapen the value of human life at every age and stage of development.
But do you want to know the real reason you need to be against cloning?
Because they may clone more government leaders like we already have!
