All Wet

I’ll tell one on myself.
Actually I’ll tell two on myself.
While working on the bathroom the other day, I was laying down a new subfloor of ¾ inch plywood.
I put the last piece where the toilet will sit and began to stomp the snug-fitting wood into place.
While stomping it, my foot accidently hit the shutoff valve turning it on.
I ended up with a face full of water since I was standing right above it.
Then last Saturday I was installing the plumbing for the shower and needed to test it for leaks.
I turned on one side and heard it pressure up and there were no leaks.
I turned on the other side and also heard it pressure up but soon I had water from the shower nozzle spraying me in the top of the head.
I had forgot to make sure it was off.
I quickly had to turn off the water both times but there is one time I should never turn off the water but let it flow.
Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. Isa 12:3
Let the water of salvation flow freely and never turn it off.
Water down every one you see.

  1. I am praising God for the way the Holy Spirit is bringing scripture to your mind, by these “little incidents.” That is soooo cool:), and something we all need to be doing~~~letting incidents in our lives send us searching God’s word for something comparable, that will feed our soul, heart, and mind.
Have a blessed day today and the rest of the week! I KNOW the Lord will carry you through all that you have to do:)

  2. nice one. My friend just lost one of her best friends and she said the one thing she regrets is not telling her more often about the Love of God. So thanks for reminding me to keep my water flowing~the living kind that is.
