He Won't Lose My Name

Yesterday ended up being one of those days!
It’s a day the Lord made and I had to remember to rejoice and be glad in it; almost forcing myself.
At lunch, my debit card was rejected.
I found it quite annoying and as soon as I got back to the office I looked at my account on-line.
I was just about broke with outstanding checks pending.
How could this be?
A quick scan of all the details revealed that a paycheck had not been direct-deposited for me in over 2 weeks.
A call to the CPA revealed that I had “gone missing”.
She told me, “I see Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, and then you’re not there anymore!”
They had to scramble so I could scramble to the bank to deposit 3 weeks worth of paychecks to cover my debts.
I’m so glad that I have God to depend on more than any financial institution.
He has promised that I won’t go missing, that my name just won’t drop off the list.
He said, “I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.” Rev 3:5
I know He is talking about me!

  1. I do look forward to your sharing what Father God has revealed to you. It’s always so applicable and personal. Perhaps it’s because most folks think of God as being sooo holy & pure that His ways don’t fix life as we know it. I can’t help but wonder why there arin’t more responces to your thoughts. Oh, I know I am very opinionated. I have learned to not always share my opinion, although, if worded correctly I can get a good conversation going. Your heart is open and Father is looking for those who will listen.
