It was strange to walk into Wal-mart last Saturday and not find any sugar.
We asked an employee about it and she said it was because of the tsunami.
“What tsunami?” I asked.
She said it was one earlier this year and there is a shortage of sugar.
Some research on my part reveals that the cause is torrential rains in Brazil last February.
Many people lost their lives, homes, and evidently some sugar cane.
I’m thinking what good would it do to have money and not be able to buy anything with it because there is nothing to buy?
It is written when the Lamb broke the third seal, I heard the third living being say, “Come!” And I looked up and saw a black horse, and its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. And a voice from among the four living beings said, “A loaf of wheat bread or three loaves of barley for a day’s pay. And don’t waste the olive oil and wine.” Rev 6:5-6 NLT
Can you imagine making minimum wage and paying $60 for a loaf of bread? If you could find a loaf of bread!
This is exactly what will happen in the last days.
Jesus said, “I am the bread of life. No one who comes to me will ever be hungry again.” John 6:35 NLT
Now is the time to get that Bread of Life. It’s free!
There is no shortage of salvation…yet!
Accept Jesus as Savior!
H.G. & I know from experience that when our Father God provides the bread we eat better than ever. It’s not lavish. It is better than satisfing. And every time I tast of Jesus I find Him tasty! I’m so glad God has given us an understanding of His love and His judgement to come on those refussing His Son. This enlightenment makes me want to pray for those who realy are not my enemy. They are decived by the enemy of humanity and don’t know what awaits them. So much more than paying a days wage for a loaf of bread.
