Last Saturday, Linda and I worked the Texas Blueberry Festival with my coworkers.
We had a booth and gave away balloon animals and had attendees sign up for a giveaway.
The weather was hot and people dressed appropriately; lot’s of shorts, short sleeves, and less.
It’s the less that really gets to me.
It’s almost as if some are not aware how they look in public.
There are some things that some people should absolutely not wear!
And every one should be aware of how they look, how they walk, how they stand, and how they bend over.
I know that a lot of integrity can be put on a man, after all, the Bible says whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matt 5:28
But it’s not totally the responsibility of a man.
The Bible also says that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works. 1 Tim 2:9-10
Of course this is a very difficult concept to sell to a sinful world.
It is written for as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Gal 3:27
Once you “put on Christ”, that is, take Jesus as your Savior, then your mind and body should change.
Let’s continue to look at this next time.
Does this woman know a picture of her was taken and put up on a Christian website? Sorry I really would normally keep to myself I just didn’t find this very Christ-like

Actually this picture was found using Google images. It was just “out there” on the internet.

I agree with you and the scripture totally! Can’t wait to hear, “the rest of the story”
I also think that if that woman didn’t want anyone looking at her, she would not have dressed that way. Sometimes we have to see ourselves to understand what we really look like!
