He doesn’t need Facebook

I don’t know how I ended up on her Facebook page, but I did.
It’s someone I haven’t seen in 1-1/2 years and yet I was able to catch up on everything happening since then.
I was able to see a relationship with a boy, prom, high school graduation, marriage, and now expecting a baby.
Oh, I’m sure you can do the same thing with my Fb status updates. I tend to post about Linda, family, work, church, food, vacation, caching, and a lot of other things.
Facebook can be as private or as public as you want it to be.
Personally I have nothing to hide and nothing to be ashamed of.
I am proud of family and my church.
I love my Savior, the Lord Jesus.
You have to be careful what you do on Facebook; many schools and businesses look to see what kind of person you are. Facebook can help them determine whether to hire you or not promote you.
Not to mention what others think about you through your Fb posts.
But God doesn’t need Facebook to know who and what you are.
Jesus stopped by the town well one day and met a woman as she came to draw water.
As the conversation grew, Jesus said “Go and get your husband,” Jesus told her.
“I don’t have a husband,” the woman replied.
Jesus said, “You’re right! You don’t have a husband — for you have had five husbands, and you aren’t even married to the man you’re living with now.” John 4:16-18 NLT
Jesus didn’t need a status update to know about her.
He doesn’t need it to know about you.
It is written that the Word of God, that is, Jesus, is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. Heb 4:12-13
Live your life in way that you won’t be ashamed of what you put on Facebook or Tweet.
Live a life where others can find nothing bad to say about you.
And live a life so that you’ll hear those words from the Savior, “Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.” Matt 25:21
