I am a friend to anyone who fears you—anyone who obeys your commandments. Ps 119:63
The best part about being a Christian, besides salvation, is the fellowship of other Christians.
I love being in church.
And I love meeting others from different churches.
To me, we’re all covered b the blood of Jesus.
We are all the body of Christ.
We are one!
I don’t like denominational walls. They separate. They divide. They keep us apart.
Recently Linda and I have been involved with a women’s movement called Remnant of Faith.
They are bringing down the walls that divide and bringing the body together – at least the women are coming together.
No matter what others may say or think, no one has some exclusive right to the Savior.
For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Rom 10:13
Everyone means just that – EVERYONE!
This story is written of a dialogue with Jesus and John – John said to Jesus, “Master, we saw someone using your name to cast out demons, but we told him to stop because he isn’t in our group.”
But Jesus said, “Don’t stop him! Anyone who is not against you is for you.” Luke 9:49-50
Jesus also said, “I have other sheep, too, that are not in this sheepfold. I must bring them also. They will listen to my voice, and there will be one flock with one shepherd.” John 10:16
So let’s not be so quick to condemn another believer just because they may believe a little differently.
And let’s try to get along with other believers.
There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father, who is over all and in all and living through all. Eph 4:5-6
