I recently watched a Youtube video of people answering the question, “Why do we celebrate on July 4th?”
The answers were appalling.
While quite a few said it was Independence Day, they didn’t know who the USA was independent from!
They didn’t know the year and could not name a Founding Father.

The real shame is how many Christians don’t know what the Bible says!
They can’t find the books without a thumb index or know the basic tenets of the faith.
Part of fault lies with the church. We no longer do “Bible drills” or have games for the youth that are scripture oriented.

Like the Pharisee’s of old, we are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures of the power of God!
