Rid the Regret

I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 1 Cor 15:9

I do not believe he ever got over what he had done. It plagued him for the rest of his life. It was something he could never undo.
He was forgiven by the One he was truly persecuting; still he dealt with the thought of those arrested and killed because of his actions. (Acts 22:4)

Yet, this man gave us 50% of the New Testament. He made disciples, taught elders, established churches, confounded the wise, helped the poor, and gave his life for his Savior.
I think he made up for his previous life.
Certainly there are better things to say about Paul than Judas.

I live with a few regrets of things I’ve done or said – things I cannot undo.
I hope and pray that my life in Christ erases the memories of those I have wronged.
Only Christ can change your life and erase the past. Only he can change how others feel about you and what they say about you. The sooner you begin, the better it will be.
Let Christ into your life.

One final thing, I know when others forgive me it ends the regret in both our lives!
