Memorable Scripture: Be today’s Daniel

Daniel 6:4-5
So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him. Then these men said, “We shall not find any charge against this Daniel unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God.”

I know from experience that militaristic unbelievers look for ways to destroy believers in God. They look for ways to slander, catch in a lie or compromising position, or they’ll manipulate a way.
This is what the Babylonian Civil Liberties Union attempted to do with Daniel.
His life was flawless. They could not accuse him of breaking any moral or spiritual laws.
However, they quickly realized with Daniel they needed to accuse him concerning his relationship with God.
Oftentimes many that identify themselves as a believer fail to live up to the standard of Christ and they become easy prey.
Others fall victim to the temptation of their own seduction.
Both give ammunition to the adversary of God.
We need more to take a stand like Daniel and refuse to bow to the temptations of the world and bring honor to God.
Be today’s Daniel!
