Matthew 7:24-25
“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.

A strong and stable foundation is a necessity for any building.
You would not knowingly build your house in a flood zone or someplace with high erosion. Your house would eventually succumb to the weather and shift or collapse.
You want solid ground and a good foundation to keep your home
It is written for no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 3:11
He is a firm foundation and a solid rock.
To not build your life on Christ is “like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” Matthew 7:26-27

When you accept Jesus as Savior, then you can build all of your life on the Rock. You can build your marriage on this solid foundation. You can build your friendships on the stability of Jesus. You can build your business on the same!
Jesus, the Rock, is the best place to build!
