Memorable Scripture: The Great Commission

Matthew 28:18-20
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

It’s called the Great Commission. It is the ultimate marching orders for the Christian soldier.
Several points of interest to note, first that Jesus has all universal authority. It begins and ends with Him. He is the Alpha and Omega (Rev 1:8).
Second, Jesus gives us the command to make disciples of all races and nationalities and baptize them. There can be no racism, bigotry, and prejudice in Christ and His followers.
Third, you are to observe all things that Jesus taught and commanded, and teach others to do likewise.
Finally, Jesus gives you the promise that He is with you through life, through death, and through eternity.
