Acts 8:30-31
So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, “Do you understand what you are reading?”
And he said, “How can I, unless someone guides me?”

One of the seven starts evangelizing the countryside after the death of Stephen and the persecution of Saul.
He ends up with a eunuch from Ethiopia, who is reading from Isaiah.
He does not understand what he reads.
Is the prophet speaking of himself or someone else?
