Ephesians 4:11
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,

Often called the five-fold ministry of the church, these ministries exist “or the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;” Ephesians 4:12-13
Do all the offices still exist today?
Some say yes and others say no.
If no apostles exist today, perhaps there are no teachers either.
And if there are pastors and teachers, then perhaps the others also exist today.
Where does one draw the line?
I know every Christian has an office, at the very least, a teacher.
Maybe you don’t teach a Sunday school class or small group, but you teach others everyday by your words and your actions.
While there is debate on the existence of these offices, there is also no doubt in the existence of false apostles, false prophets, false evangelists, false pastors, and false teachers.
They do not equip the saints but rather destroy the work of Christ by different winds of doctrine, trickery, cunning craftiness, and deceitful plotting.
