1 Peter 3:1-2 Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear.

The words are very similar to those of Paul, for wives to submit to their husband.
Peter’s advice is not always easy to follow, for a believing wife to submit to an unbelieving husband.
However, I know a wife that did just that and took it a step further.
She became a believer but her husband did not.
She began going to church believing for her unbelieving husband.
She prayed for him and would not let anyone sit next to her at church saying that is reserved for her husband.
It took time but eventually, he ended up sitting next to her in church.
He gave his life to the Lord and now teaches a Sunday School class.
It seldom happens overnight.
Many wives live as a church widow for years until their husband gets saved.
Ladies, keep the faith and keep praying for your unbelieving husband.
