When you arrive in the land the Lord your God is giving you as your special possession, you must never steal anyone’s land by moving the boundary markers your ancestors set up to mark their property. Deut 19:14
Do you have a yard fence?
If you do, that is a boundary that says, “Hey, this is my property!” Continue reading

Biblical view of Marriage
I saw a video in which someone made a sarcastic remark about the Biblical view of marriage.
What they said was, “Which view?”
Is it the one where you can marry many wives and have concubines, like Jacob, King David, or King Solomon? Continue reading
Pray for Church Camp!
Call them all together—men, women, children, and the foreigners living in your towns—so they may hear this Book of Instruction and learn to fear the Lord your God and carefully obey all the terms of these instructions. Do this so that your children who have not known these instructions will hear them and will learn to fear the Lord your God. Deut 31:12-13
It’s time for church camp. Continue reading
The Blessing of the Lord God
Yesterday I mentioned the blessings in Deuteronomy Chapter 28. Just in case you have never read it, I decided to post it from the NLT version.
Deut 28:1-14
“If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully keep all his commands that I am giving you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the world. Continue reading
Be Blessed
We had quite a different service last night.
Our Bible study has started in Ephesians, where we only read the first three verses. We halted on the third one; Eph 1:3-All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.
This tells us that He has blessed us! Continue reading
It’s an oxymoron
I read where a San Francisco city official consulted a Ouija board before city leaders voted to recommend naming a Navy ship after slain gay rights activist, Harvey Milk.
The city official said he believes he made contact with Milk’s spirit and that Milk spelled out letters indicating: “Good riddance to don’t ask, don’t tell.” Continue reading
Keep Passover? Or not?
What is the responsibility of the Christian when it comes to the Mosaic Law?
Is it something we should follow or not?
I pose these questions because of some Facebook posts that I’ve seen lately about following Torah or even celebrating Passover instead of Easter. Continue reading
“These words of Mine..”
I don’t read too many religious or spiritual books; even those that claim to be Christian.
I’ll tell you why.
To me God’s word is truth; the whole truth; the entire truth we need to know when it comes to what God wants us to know about a relationship with Him. Continue reading
Plant a seed – Part 3
It’s more important than your personal finances or family prosperity.
What is it?
It’s planting a seed of faith into the life of another person by sharing the Gospel message with them; by living that message before others every day.
Every day you and I are planting some kind of seed in the life of those around us. Continue reading
Don’t compromise!
For the past 3 days the topic has been karma.
I have heard some say that it’s ok to believe in a watered down version of something as long as you believe and put your faith in Jesus first.
It’s not just a reference to karma by Christians on Facebook; I am troubled by Continue reading
