There was a man of God sent to the king of Israel. The king wanted him to stay with him but the man of god said he could not.
“If you were to give me half your house, I would not go in with you; Continue reading
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, Continue reading
One day Paul and Barnabas entered a city and healed a man that had never walked.
Now when the people saw what Paul had done, they raised their voices, saying in the Lycaonian language, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!” Continue reading
Far too often we allow ungodliness to enter through our ears. Then we turn around and read and let it enter our eyes.
Our spirit begins to corrupt because of impurities entering. Continue reading
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; Gen 1:26
Today this verse is changed in the mind of many people. It has been rewritten to say “Let us make God in our image and in our likeness – a god that will bend to our will and way of thinking!”
This thought leads to a rewriting of the entire Bible so it will fit into today’s society, especially the First Carnal Church of god.
I know of a man that is married but separated from his wife. This man says he is a Christian.
Now he has a girlfriend and is praising God for bringing this new love into his life.
I’m sorry. I read in Exodus –
You shall not commit adultery. Ex 20:14
But this now conveniently reads “you shall commit adultery!”
Paul’s warning to the Ephesians has changed.
But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; Eph 5:3
It now reads “do what you want as long as it feels good and doesn’t hurt anyone else! It’s your business and that of no one else. You can still call on your god and be forgiven for anything – without cost and without repercussion!”
As he wrote to the Romans, Paul explained to them the new found freedom in Christ.
And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. Rom 6:18
Sadly this verse has also been changed to read “you are now free to sin and all things are righteous to you!”
No wonder the world is confused by those that “say” they are Christians. They claim the Tree but have no fruit.
Hear the word of the Lord! It is clear and concise!
Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; John 15:2
If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. John 15:6
It’s time for it to stop! If you claim Christ as your Savior it’s time for you to read the Word of God and live by it. If you cannot, then quit claiming what you aren’t.

I don’t like conflict. Indeed, the thought of it causes me to become physically ill. Or, more likely, the anxiety of it causes my illness. (Yes, be anxious for nothing… I know)
Like you I want peace in my life. Continue reading
…a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Heb 4:12
Discernment is a difficult thing for many people. It’s a door that swings both ways. Continue reading
Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel and said to them, “Pick out and take lambs for yourselves according to your families, and kill the Passover lamb. And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin. Ex 12:21-22
