Morning thoughts from Pastor Tim
Good Morning!
This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

… that He might present her to Himself a glorious church , not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
Eph 5:27
Today is the 9th anniversary of CrossRoads Christian Center.
I never really intended to start a church but to have a central place where Christians of all denominations could gather in praise, worship, and fellowship.
I realize the futility of that belief to the extent that most denominations are not ready to tear down dividing walls and just leave the Rock.
I had hoped for a perfect church but that would need perfect people and there are none.
We have our shares of up’s and down’s, of back-stabbing, gossip, offenses, and disagreements.
Does that sound familiar?
We also have our share of love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
Does that sound familiar?
My pastorate and church will never obtain perfection or un-spotted, un-wrinkled beauty until our Lord and Savior returns for us.
Until then we will press on like all the others, yet we will stand with our arms opened wide to receive other born-again, bought with the blood believers.
The body of Christ can never achieve perfection until the body removes the divisions, and schisms that divide and keep the body from being One.
