HE IS RISEN!

Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, that they might come and anoint Him. Very early in the morning, on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen. And they said among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?” But when they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away — for it was very large. And entering the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a long white robe sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed.
But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here… Mark 16:1-6
Many people are looking for a savior!
They’re looking in all the wrong places.
They look to meditation.
They search within themselves.
They look at Buddhism, Islam, or some other false religion.
They look for answers from someone they believe they can trust on TV.
How will they find Him?
What they need is a messenger like the one sitting at the empty tomb.
He proclaimed, “You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. HE IS RISEN! HE IS NOT HERE!”
You and I are the messenger in white.
It is our responsibility to proclaim HE IS RISEN!
Today, tomorrow, or the next day you may run into someone that will be looking for help; real help that only Jesus can give them.
Proclaim the news, JESUS IS RISEN!

  1. INDEED! ! ! Yesterday after many years of absence my ex-sister-in-law visited me. She has found the Lord Jesus. She is indeed a new creature, a babe with lots & lots of questions and doughts. The Lord has put an other woman in her life that dances with Jesus, and is unashamed. This spiritaul dancer loves to uplift my ex- sister…in the spirit. I am so very blessed that Father sent her to me. I shared what God had showed me in the scriptures about His sining over us, I found part of God’s song in Ps. 119. And I had a drawing of a cross surrounded with red intwined roses that I willingly gave to her. Her heart was touched with the love of Christ that she found here. She was expecting rejection. Time would not permit my telling her of how Paul was rejected at first. But God’s love will protect and guide her. Perhaps I will be so blessed and she will contact me again.
