Isaiah 9:6-7
For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

Another Messianic scripture giving some great insight into the life of the Messiah.
First, you are told He is born, just like you. Well, maybe not exactly. A few days ago I wrote Jesus is your sign, based on Isaiah 7:14. That scripture says a virgin shall conceive, so His conception and birth are not exactly like yours and mine.
However, His delivery was just like ours.
He is a son! It’s a boy! I know you would like for this prophet to call Him Jesus but that’s not the case. And it would not change a thing about Herod or the Pharisee’s trying to kill Him.
What follows are magnificent names of the Messiah. Although Yeshua (Jesus) means Savior, He certainly is Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.
You and I are a type of fulfillment of His governmental increase. In fact, the entire church is proof of this. The Body of Christ has increased daily since the Day of Pentecost and the gates of hell have not prevailed.
He is of the ancestral lineage of King David.
His judgment is true and His justice is righteous.
