Daniel 1:19-20
Then the king interviewed them, and among them all none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah; therefore they served before the king. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm.

Magicians and astrologers take guesses and make assumptions concerning the future. They use tricks to bend events to match their predictions.
Daniel and friends allowed God to flow through them. They were more excellent than the others.
When you depend on the Holy Spirit to direct your life, then your life will always be better than the lives of those without God.
Many think wealth makes you better but you may not be rich according to the world standards. God has a different and higher standard of wealth.
Paul says in 1 Cor 4:8 “You are already rich!”
