Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, “The secret which the king has demanded, the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, and the soothsayers cannot declare to the king. But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will be in the latter days.
The king asked the impossible. He had a dream he wanted interpreted but refused to tell anyone the dream. Instead he demanded the men, the astrologers, the magicians, and the soothsayers to tell him his dream and the interpretation.
That can never happen!
Yet, one man believed it possible – Daniel.
He had his friends pray.
Jesus said, “If two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” Matt 18:19-20
Daniel believed it 600 years before Jesus said it.
That’s because truth is never new. Truth always exists. You cannot destroy truth. Truth is truth no matter who says it.
Daniel and his friends believed in the truth that God answers prayers and does what seems impossible.
