Malachi 3:8
“Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings.”

What I remember most about this verse is getting chewed out by someone when I did a previous Morning Thought about it and someone took offense.
Actually sent me an email telling me that I did not know what they did with their money but they did give to several different charities.
I wasn’t thinking about them. I was just quoting God’s word like I am today.
God says when we don’t give back to Him we are thieves.
Malachi 3:9 You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me.
What can you do about it?
Malachi 3:10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.”
You cannot out-give God.
Now don’t get the idea you gain some great favor with God by tithing. How can you get favor from something you’re supposed to do?
Tithing is the minimum!
When you give from the heart God gives back to your heart.
So don’t rob God!
