But “he who glories, let him glory in the Lord.”

I once worked with a couple of men that were always trying to “up” each other.
If one told of a fishing story, the other would tell of a hunting story.
If one cooked burgers over the weekend, the other would tell us he grilled chicken over the weekend.
It almost drove me crazy listening to them banter back and forth.
Now everything is social media and people post pictures of where they are, what they are doing, what they are cooking, and who they are seeing.
I’m guilty of all the above.
However, I hope if you see my social media you get the message that I’m a family man – husband, dad, and gampy. That I’m a Bible reading, preaching/teaching Christian.
I love grilling, nature, and geocaching.
Paul encourages us to glory in the Lord.
It does my heart good to see others posting scripture on social media.
It’s even better when scripture is lived out in our lives every day!
