Galatians 5:22-24
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

Last time it was the works of the flesh.
Now it’s the fruit of the Spirit.
I think the fruit of the Spirit cascades from one to another.
Salvation brings in love, that gives joy, creating peace. Patience is there but you really need to wait for it.
You become kind and good.
Your faithfulness increases.
Gentleness is such a quality of an all consuming love.
This discipline leads to self-control.
There are no laws against these qualities.
But they only happen when you kill your carnal passions and sinful desires.
You’re going to need help and that’s where the Holy Spirit aids you.
Pray for the evidence of the fruit in your life.
Humble yourself before God and seek His Spirit.
