Hebrews 10:11-12 And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,

A great verse to contrast the earthly priests with the heavenly Priest.
The Levitical priest never finished his duty.
Everyday he returned to do the same sacrifices he did the day before and the day before that and the day before that.
Was it because he did a bad job?
No. It was because it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins. Hebrews 10:4
Jesus came with His own blood and offered Himself as one sacrifice for sin.
He only did it once and when He finished He sat down!
There is no need for Him to offer a sacrifice for sin again.
He did not die five or six times for you – only once.
So you cannot be saved five or six times – only once.
Don’t waste it!
