Revelation 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast.
The best antichrist is not to be against Christ but to claim to be the Christ.
I believe this scripture indicates that claim.
A mortal wound means death.
However, the deadly wound is healed!
That’s a resurrection.
Does it sound familiar?
Jesus overcame the death of the cross by rising from the grave on the third day.
What better way to claim to be the Christ than a resurrection.
This amazes everyone and causes them to follow after him.
One problem.
He isn’t the Christ.
He is an imposter – the Antichrist.
Jesus Christ, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God. Heb 10:12
There is no need for Jesus to ever die again. Been there, done that.
And there is no need for anyone else to die for your sin since no one else can lay claim to perfectly fulfilling the Law and Prophets.
Jesus is the way, truth, and the life.
All others are imposters and antichrist.
Don’t fall for the counterfeit when you can put your faith and trust in the Genuine.
