I was talking with someone the other day that kept telling me to “put on the armor”.
While I am fully aware of the Christian implications of that phrase, I am also aware that it is correct to say, “Put on the whole armor of God.” Eph 6:11

I met a lady yesterday on crutches with a broken foot so I asked her what happened.
The older counselors replied, “If you are willing to serve the people today and give them a favorable answer, they will always be your loyal subjects.”
Last time I left you in some suspense with something that surprised me.
But you aren’t in the dark about these things, dear brothers and sisters, and you won’t be surprised when the day of the Lord comes like a thief.
