Do you ever get stressed out?
Of course you do! It’s a “duh” question.
You get the feeling that everything is coming undone. Continue reading

Whole Heartedly
I was telling someone the other day that you can only do one thing and put your whole heart into it – to do it with excellence.
Driving is a great example. By itself, you can do it very well. Add texting or talking and the results are completely different, as you learn from watching the evening news. Continue reading
The Wait
On Saturday, Linda, Haylee, and I were in Lufkin for the Downtown Hoedown.
There were lots of people out enjoying the beautiful day and the festive mood of the Hoedown. Continue reading
I can’t let my guard down!
I set my own standard high when it comes to how I act, what I say, where I go, and what I do.

As children grow – worries grow!
Life can be very difficult. Think about it.
You are brought into this world and are taken care of.
Someone feeds you, clothes you, and cleans you up. All you have to do is watch TV, play, and maybe do a few chores as you get older. Continue reading
Which nature will be nurtured?
The innocence of children needs to be protected at all costs! Children need to be protected, not just from the sinful behavior of adults, but from that of other children.
I have always tried to watch my children very closely. I never let my guard down while in the mall or Wal-mart. I made sure they played in the yard.
However there are times when they were out of my sight playing with other children. This is where bad things can happen. Continue reading
