1 John 4:4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

I remember the scripture but I forgot it was in 1 John.
And I often misquote it just a bit but it’s only because I personalize it to “greater is He that is in me than he who is in the world.”
I don’t think God will hold it against me.
I find this scripture a great comfort when the world comes against me.
The part I often fail to do is pay attention to the first section of the verse and, again, I will personalize it.
I am of God!
That’s quite a statement in itself.
And, concerning the spirit of the Antichrist, I have overcome them!
Wow! Think about that for yourself.
I know I don’t fully understand or utilize the power God has given to me through Christ Jesus!
Most Christians do not either.
We have believed the lies of the world that we cannot.
But God says, “You can!”
