How Do I Explain This?
Linda and I spent the July 4th holiday on the coast of Texas in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area.
As we were driving on the way home through Woodville, we saw that the police had a church van pulled over.
It was from an Assembly of God in nearby Livingston and was loaded with kids.
What Time Is It?

I forgot to wear my watch to church last night so I was a bit lost.

Raiders of the found Ark?

You’ve probably heard the news that both Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson both died yesterday.
Looking at the online articles this morning, I see no word on Farrah; Michael’s death dominates the headlines.

That’s an exceedingly odd number.

The Wait
I sat in the waiting room at the doctor’s office yesterday.
My test results were in, and there I sat; waiting and waiting and waiting.
It makes you wonder why they even bother assigning you a specific time to be there.
They should just say, “Show up any ol’ time and we’ll eventually get to you!” Continue reading
