Morning thoughts from Pastor Tim |

This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. |

Sometimes I’m not quite sure what to write about but let a day go by and something will happen.
Take Saturday for instance.
First, I am in need of a 6” stove pipe cap.
I haven’t been able to find one in Lufkin or Nacogdoches so I called Ace Hardware in Center. Continue reading

I’m running behind this morning.
Now concerning yesterday’s Foot-In-Mouth thought, it’s amazing how what is said is repeated over and over without mention of what is done about it.
I received an email relating the following story.
And a champion went out from the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, from Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span. He had a bronze helmet on his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail, and the weight of the coat was five thousand shekels of bronze. And he had bronze armor on his legs and a bronze javelin between his shoulders.
I ended up at a baby shower on Saturday.
I met a lady yesterday on crutches with a broken foot so I asked her what happened.
The older counselors replied, “If you are willing to serve the people today and give them a favorable answer, they will always be your loyal subjects.”
Last time I left you in some suspense with something that surprised me.
