Great Prosperity

Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him. Gen 26:12-14

I love this scripture. It reveals so many different things. Continue reading

You determine your blessing

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Gal 6:7

The evangelist mentioned this scripture last night. He also said many people view this scripture as some sort of doom and gloom. Continue reading

Use me today!

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. 1 Cor 2:1-5

Pastor Rick Russell delivered another powerful message last night. His style, his manner, and his words were quite different from the previous night. Continue reading

Last night our revival continued with Nigerian Pastor Kola Emiola delivering a powerful message. He pointed out some things I never heard nor thought before. Continue reading

Now you see!

Now they came to Jericho. As He went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Mark 10:46-47

Most people believed Jesus was a Galilean from Nazareth (cf. Matt 21:11). Continue reading

No more death.

And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many. Matt 27:52-53

This scripture has always held a special interest to me. Continue reading

Ready for Revival

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, Acts 3:19-20

I want revival! Continue reading

Thank you to my church family!

Belief based on Scripture

And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He has Beelzebub,” and, “By the ruler of the demons He casts out demons.”
So He called them to Himself and said to them in parables: “How can Satan cast out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.” Mark 3:22-25

The scribes decided Jesus exorcised demons by the power of Satan. Continue reading
